Trauma & Emergency Care Training (TECT) is a specialized program designed to equip healthcare professionals and the general public with essential skills in responding to emergency situations effectively. Conducted by Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute,

Mangaluru, TECT aims to enhance community resilience by promoting knowledge and proficiency in critical life-saving techniques.

  • Skill Development: Train participants in fundamental emergency care procedures, including CPR for adults and children, handling choking incidents, and managing various medical emergencies such as paralysis, epilepsy, burns, electrocution, drowning, snakebite, and poisoning.
  • Response Preparedness: Educate on proper protocols for transporting patients from accident sites to medical facilities and managing trauma scenarios involving severed body parts
  • Certification:Award participants with a TECT Certificate upon successful completion of the program, along with a guidelines booklet to reinforce learning and readiness in emergency situations.
  • Stipend of Rs. 45,000/-, 50,000/- & 55,000/- per month respectively with Accommodation
