On the occasion of World Heart Day 2025, Indiana TMH Cardiac Centre, Thalassery successfully conducted a Basic TransThoracic Echocardiography Workshop for ECHO Technician students from various institutions, aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge in echocardiography. The programme comprised a Didactic Session on Fundamentals of Echocardiography followed by Hands-on Training, which included practical demonstrations and certificate distribution to participants. The sessions were led by eminent cardiologists Dr. Manoj Kumar P, Dr. Ganesh Vishnudas, Dr. T Karthikeyan, along with Resident Doctor Dr. Mumthasira, who guided and mentored the participants throughout the workshop. The event provided a valuable platform for students to strengthen their expertise in echocardiography, aligning with the spirit of World Heart Day to promote advanced cardiac care and skill development.
